HitSmart Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Canadian corporation, operates the HitSmart mobile application (“App”). Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or another supported authentication method. If you use Sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email address.

User Content: When you use the App’s analysis features, you may upload sparring footage and videos. We process this content to provide AI analysis results.

Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your communications.

Information collected automatically:

Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the App, including device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, analysis sessions completed, and app performance data.

Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat collects purchase and subscription status information to manage your access to premium features.

Providing Services: To operate the App, process your uploaded content through our AI analysis tools, and deliver results to you.

Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and manage your subscription.

3. How We Share Your Information

Uploaded video content is processed for analysis and may be retained temporarily for service delivery. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.
